Pellet Die Manufacturing Machinery

Radius makes a wide range of machine for manufacturing of pellet dies for poultry, cattle and fish feed industry and also for the biomass pellet die industry.
Radius has developed special purpose CNC Pellet Die Gun drilling Machine for manufacturing pellet extruding dies.
The machine can drill diameter in the range of 1.5mm to 12mm and drill depths of up to 100mm.These machines can be used for dies diameter ranging from 500mm outer diameter to 1000mm diameter. These machines are manufactured in variants of 4 to 8 spindles and drills up to 15000 holes in a single workpiece for pellet die industry.
Radius has also developed Pellet Die Countersinking and Chamfering Machines which is used by this industry. The chamfering and Countersinking is done on the holes of the die on the inner side of the die where the gun drill exits. The machine comes in 3 axis configuration and in one spindle configuration and can handle dies diameter ranging from 500mm to 1000mm.
Pellet die grinding machine, developed by Radius Engineering Solutions is designed for grinding hardened and non-hardened ring dies.
This machine is constructed for ring dies with a maximum width of 700 mm and an outside diameter from Ø400 to Ø100p mm.

Pellet Die Grinding Machine

Radius Engineering solution offers pellet die grinding machines which can be used for refurbishment of
pellet dies as well as for grinding of new dies to give increased life This means that the clogged dies gets a new lease of life and therefore can prevent cracks in the Dies The dies can be ground on the inside and this ensures that the roller assemblies get a smooth surface for pelleting and ensures good quality feed and increased throughput.

Once the surface is smooth and holes clean the power consumption would drastically drop and expensive dies can be reemployed making it a good value for money proposition.
